| The long ferment caught my attention as my whole wheat bread even with 60% bread flour always came out quite heavy. I made this bread for the Pierce County, Wi fair and won a blue ribbon and a champion ribbon for the best bread in the bread division. Thanks PP for a winner of a recipe. |
